The Artist Discovers the Art As He Is Creating It

Creation is the communication with the divine.

In the moment of creation, the artist becomes the container of something greater than himself.

Every great creation is a result of an artist not interfering while creating something. While that may sound confusing, the artist is as surprised and in awe as the audience when he creates something.

And a true artist does not interfere while he is creating something. He openly explores his instinct, allowing the art to uncover itself.

Pablo Picasso, the famous Spanish painter and sculptor
famously quoted, “You don’t make art, you find it”

As a person practices to hone his craft, he does not become more skillful but becomes good at accessing the skill that was already present.

In the moment of art creation, one loses touch with the self and connects with the infinite.
